Oracle8i Certified Professional

Oracle Certified Professionals have proven skills managing a large-scale database or developing robust applications that are deployed enterprise-wide. To become an Oracle Certified Professional, you must pass all required exams in your selected job role. When you obtain this credential, you will have a valuable asset as you apply for more senior level opportunities and gain more credibility and support from your employer.


You must pass the following five exams to obtain your Oracle8i OCP credential:


1. Exam #1Z0-001 Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL/SQL
OR
Exam #1Z0-007 Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL
2. Exam #1Z0-023 Oracle8i: Architecture and Administration
3. Exam #1Z0-025 Oracle8i: Backup and Recovery
4. Exam #1Z0-024 Oracle8i: Performance Tuning
5. Exam #1Z0-026 Oracle8i: Network Administration
