Project Management

Project management consists of the organization and maintenance of resources within a specific project until the project’s completion. This includes developing business strategies that enable well-defined time management, coordinating employee activities within the project and supervising the project team in completing the objective of the project. Project Management is usually on a per-assignment basis, with every project providing a new set of challenges that follow the same basic set of rules for success.

The project manager must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to process resources such as energy, money, people, time, communication and risk in the most effective manner.
