Goal Setting

Overview
When you take up a task, do you ever ask yourself “What am I doing this for?”

Do you think what good it will bring you?
Do you have a reason or a purpose for taking up the task?
Do you plan on how you will go about doing a certain thing?

In every aspect of life, we consciously or unconsciously do things with a purpose. This is also regardless of the kind of purpose we have. We take action on a circumstance because we aim for something. Just think if you live each day of your life with no direction on how to live and a reason for getting by every single day.

Living and doing things with a purpose gives meaning to every little thing we do. There should be something to look forward to, so you will find meaning to it and you will realize that every action you take has its value.

The process of goal setting in your life helps you decide on how to live your life, where you want to be, and how you want to be in the…
