Process Management

The success of an organization not only depends on how well-defined processes it has implemented, but also how the implemented processes are repeatedly improved in order to meet its goals. Process Management, as such, deals with defining, visualizing, measuring, controlling, reporting and improving processes to meet the organization’s goals by applying appropriate set of tools, techniques and systems, with a common objective to meet the organizational goals.
