Anxiety Management Overview

Many people experience anxiety for various reasons such as change of lifestyle, career, job responsibilities, or even a change of location. Some experience it when they have problems in their relationships, be it either at personal or professional level. Divorce, separation, breakup, and even an argument with a colleague can lead to feelings of anxiety.
